Training is different from exercise. The kind of periodized training that Flexible Bodies offers is based on the client's goals and needs. This always starts with an assessment and readiness for change form.

Results are NOT only based on what you do IN the gym, but also what you do in your day-to-day.

There are no shortcuts so remember this is hard work, but our coaches have your back 100% along the way.

Shrink Your Waistline

01. Shrink Your Waistline

Designed for those with body composition goals in mind. This program includes:
 
  • Programming up to 4x per week (in-person, on your own, or a mix that suits your schedule and goals) with app-based tracking.
  • Poliquin®️ BioSignature Modulation, a 12-site body fat assessment using non-invasive caliper measurements to help track your transformation.
  • Continuous Glucose Monitor, a sensor that helps measure your glucose levels with a 1-second scan using your phone.
  • Nutrition support including supplementation recommendations.
  • Bi-weekly check-ins to discuss challenges, successes, and questions at a time that doesn’t eat into your training hour.

02. Strength and Flexibility

Designed for active individuals and athletes, but a helpful package for anyone! Includes:
 
  • Programming up to 4x per week (in-person, on your own or a mix that suits your schedule and goals) with app-based tracking
  • 5x 60 minute Fascial Stretch Therapy Sessions, scheduled monthly 
  • 1 container of Organika collagen to support healthy bones and joints, general gut health and recovery

Designed for those who want to age well, strong, and pain-free. Includes: 
  • Programming up to 4x per week (in-person, on your own, or a mix that suits your schedule and goals) with app-based tracking.
  • Foundational supplements including a Multivitamin, D3, Magnesium, Fish Oil, and other optional customized recommendations from reputable, pharmaceutical-grade supplement companies as recommended by your coach.
